Meet Erica!
Welcome to Lakeside Massage and Bodywork, I am Erica Matthies, your massage and bodywork therapist. I have been practicing massage since 2005 when I graduated from Omaha School of Massage Therapy. I have evolved my skill over time to focus on my favorite modalities that are most beneficial for pain relief and stress reduction.
Being able to open my facility at Restore Wellness Studio in Panora, Iowa has been such a blessing. My desire is for everyone to live their life pain free and on their terms; I would be honored to assist you on your journey to overall health and well-being.
Personally, I am a mother to identical twin girls, a wife to my husband John, and fur-momma to Russell, Wilson and Miss Penny. I love all things music, human body related, and sports. I will never pass up a conversation that I can learn from or a good glass of wine or craft beer.
MEET MADISON!
My name is Madison Berger and I graduated from Body Wisdom Massage Therapy School in 2022.
I am committed to providing personalized care to each client based on specific concerns. All of my sessions focus on reducing pain and tension, while improving movement and flexibility to promote a better quality of life.
Personally, I have 2 fur babies, Cleo and Annie. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, watching/playing sports, and traveling. I’m a huge country music fan, so I never say “no” to a concert!
I have always been interested in human anatomy, so getting to work with muscles every day is quite intriguing!

Lakeside Massage and Bodywork uses modern, advanced massage techniques for optimal results in targeted areas and needs. Seeing clients enter the studio with chronic pain, and working together with them during the session, is a true joy for us. Having clients experience pain reduction, increased range of motion, and stress relief is our desire for every session.
Each session from Erica or Madison is 100% customized to each client that we are working with, and the goals you have for the treatment. We use a mixture of mat-based motion and mobility work, barefoot bars/ashiatsu, cupping, heat therapy and traditional table massage.
1 Hour - $85
1.5 Hours - $125
2 Hours - $170
2.5 hr - $210
3 hr - $255
